Derek Czarkowski

Derek Czarkowski serves as Vice President, Investor Relations at Buchanan Street Partners, where he is responsible for supporting capital raising, reporting and relationship management across the firm’s real estate investment platforms. Mr. Czarkowski brings more than 19 years of experience spanning acquisitions, fundraising, and asset management.

Annie Clare

Annie Clare is primarily responsible for supporting the operations of the investor relations team and working closely with Buchanan’s broad base of investors including high-net-worth individuals, family offices and advisors/RIAs.

Trevor Schuesler

Trevor Schuesler is responsible for leading Buchanan Street’s Investor Relations team as it relates to outreach, marketing, fundraising, reporting, and overall client management process. Mr. Schuesler has 16 years of experience in the investment industry, working as both a capital allocator and capital raiser for asset managers, family offices, and investment consultants.

Paul Selleck

Paul is responsible for supporting all aspects of the origination and asset management of debt investments on behalf of Buchanan Mortgage Holdings, LLC.

Jon Suddarth

Jon Suddarth is responsible for sourcing self-storage development and acquisition opportunities within the Colorado, Pacific Northwest, and Northern California markets. Jon brings over 10 years of experience in the self-storage industry,

Max Macey

Max Macey is responsible for investment analysis of commercial acquisitions and related asset management. Previously, he was an Analyst at Terreno Realty Corporation, focusing on acquisitions and asset management of industrial properties, and an Associate at Goldman Sachs and Bank of America in their respective Global Equities’ divisions. Max holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and accounting from Claremont McKenna College.

Conor O’Brien

Conor O’Brien is responsible for investment analysis of self-storage acquisitions, development, and asset management. Previously, he was an Associate at Cypress Equity Investments, focusing on multifamily development, and at Bellwether Asset Management, where he provided asset management and consulting services.

Merle Perez

Merle is responsible for accounting and financial reporting for Buchanan’s funds and private placements. She previously worked at KBS Realty Advisors as an Accounting Manager responsible for overseeing the disposition…

Bryce Lin

Bryce is responsible for overseeing accounting, finance and investor reporting for all of the firm’s investment platforms. Bryce brings 20 years of financial and accounting experience, including 18 years in the commercial real estate industry.

Alexander Frosh

Alexander is responsible for underwriting real estate debt investments on behalf of Buchanan Mortgage Holdings. Prior to joining Buchanan Street, he worked at Farmers and Merchants Bank in the Specialty Lending Group.
