With 20 years of institutional real estate experience, including 19 years at Buchanan, he plays a pivotal role in sourcing and executing value-add and core-plus opportunities across targeted markets.
Matt leads efforts to identify and acquire infill and well-located properties in California, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, and Texas, capitalizing on market inefficiencies, strong fundamentals, and long-term growth potential in these dynamic regions. His deep market knowledge and disciplined approach have contributed to the firm’s successful deployment of capital into middle-market commercial assets that deliver attractive, risk-adjusted returns for investors.
He holds a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California.
