Chris Cervisi is responsible for leading the debt investment team on behalf of Buchanan Mortgage Holdings (BMH) which includes sourcing, structuring, and underwriting bridge and construction loans. Chris has over 15 years of equity and debt experience across the major property types. Prior to joining Buchanan, he worked at Jupiter Holdings LLC where he was focused on acquisitions and asset management, including underwriting, market research, business plan formulation, reporting of fund investments, and dispositions.
Prior to joining Jupiter, Chris worked in Union Bank’s CRE Special Assets Group, where he also completed the bank’s Commercial Credit Training Program. He holds a B.S. in Finance from San Diego State University.
