He brings extensive experience from his roles at RRA Capital, where he specialized in bridge loan origination and underwriting, and Newmark, where he advised sponsors on debt placement across various real estate asset classes. Ty’s comprehensive understanding of capital structuring and borrower needs enables him to deliver efficient and effective financing solutions. He received a bachelor’s degree from Washington State University and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Arizona.
