A Chula Vista self-storage building has been sold for $26.4 million.
Buchanan Street Partners bought the 95,000 square-foot climate-controlled building, 3296 Heritage Road, from HomeFed Corp.
The William Warren Group will manage the property management that will be rebranded under the StorQuest name.
“We are excited about the opportunity to own a new state-of-the-art storage facility in our backyard of Southern California. This property meets all the acquisition criteria that we look for in self-storage assets that we intend to hold long-term,” said Feerooz Yacoobi, vice president of Buchanan Street Partners.
