Management and technology consulting firm evolv Consulting leases a new space to accommodate its growing staff.

The company leased 24,928-square feet of space for its new headquarters at Tollway Plaza in Dallas. Founded in 2018, the Dallas-based firm currently has 75 employees and plans to hire 250 more in the next few years.

Tollway Plaza has two eight-story buildings totaling 370,073 square feet. The property is located off of the Dallas North Tollway and Arapahoe Road and features a tenant-only fitness center, collaborative meeting spaces, an on-site deli and catering options. The office complex was purchased by California-based real estate investment firm Buchanan Street Partners in 2015.

“The workforce is evolving and we’re evolving with them,” said Eric Neef, evolv CEO and co-founder, in a news release. “The need for a place to work, create and be themselves and succeed in their most comfortable work environment is part of our vision. We plan to create a space for team members to flourish and for neurodiverse individuals to feel at home and comfortable in their day-to-day work environment.”

Tommy Nelson and Shannon Brown with CBRE in Dallas represented Buchanan Street Partners in lease negotiations and Sebastian Sheetz with Sheetz Realty Advisors represented evolv.

According to the news release, the firm was interested in the space because of its access, amenities and visibility.

“We feel as though this office space will allow for our team members to successfully collaborate with one another as well as give our clients the best possible services,” Neef said.
