Deborah Broughman is responsible for cash management, accounting and financial reporting for Buchanan funds and private placements. Prior to moving to investment accounting, she was responsible for Buchanan’s corporate accounting. Deborah has over 23 years of accounting experience in real estate, including property and asset management, development and construction. Her background includes working with Birtcher Real Estate Group and The Koll Company. While at Koll, she managed the accounting process for their commercial real estate portfolio. Deborah graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Accounting.
