Derek Czarkowski

Derek Czarkowski serves as Vice President, Investor Relations at Buchanan Street Partners, where he is responsible for supporting capital raising, reporting and relationship management across the firm’s real estate investment platforms. Mr. Czarkowski brings more than 19 years of experience spanning acquisitions, fundraising, and asset management.

Annie Clare

Annie Clare is primarily responsible for supporting the operations of the investor relations team and working closely with Buchanan’s broad base of investors including high-net-worth individuals, family offices and advisors/RIAs.

Trevor Schuesler

Trevor Schuesler is responsible for leading Buchanan Street’s Investor Relations team as it relates to outreach, marketing, fundraising, reporting, and overall client management process. Mr. Schuesler has 16 years of experience in the investment industry, working as both a capital allocator and capital raiser for asset managers, family offices, and investment consultants.

Jacqueline Maggio

Jackie Maggio is primarily responsible for assisting the Chief Compliance Officer with SEC regulatory compliance obligations. Jackie is also responsible for assisting with Investor Relations, working with high-net-worth investors and Buchanan’s Registered Investment Adviser (“RIA”) relationships.
