Executive Assistant to CEO // Marketing Coordinator

Job Description
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant//Marketing Coordinator position will provide support in a one-on-one working relationship to the CEO and oversee all marketing activities and events. The individual must be creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment that is mission and results-driven with a strong community orientation. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a balance among multiple priorities. In this role, the individual will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

Roles and Responsibilities –
Executive Support:
• Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks, both corporate and personal for the CEO including but not limited to;
o Manage an active calendar of meetings and appointments
o Compose and prepare correspondences on behalf of the CEO (includes side-by-side dictation)
o Assists CEO in various board roles
o Arrange detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas
o Assist in creating presentations for speaking engagements
o Maintain CEO’s contact and client database
o Research, prioritize and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including      those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determining appropriate course of action, referral or response.
o 24/7 support (if needed)

Marketing Support:
• Oversee the firm’s marketing and public relations activities
• Serve as the company’s liaison to marketing firm
• Support all production officers in marketing support for varied products
• Manage event planning for the firm’s varied corporate and community charity events
• Maintain and update the firm’s website

Qualifications:
• Highest level of personal integrity and ethical standards
• Excellent communication skills – written, oral, and interpersonal
• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
• Passionate, strong work ethic with a focus on delivering results and making a positive impact
• Self-motivated and takes initiative
• Critical Thinking – utilizes logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
• 5-7+ years prior experience in supporting C-Level Executive and or marketing experience
• Advanced proficiency in computer skills including all Microsoft Office applications

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree required
