Mark S. Oddo
Senior Vice President, Investment Officer

Mark S. Oddo is responsible for effectively managing assigned Buchanan assets in addition to assisting with the underwriting and execution of new investment opportunities for Buchanan’s discretionary equity funds. Prior to joining Buchanan Street Partners, Mr. Oddo led the asset management function for the institutional advisory group of Draper and Kramer, Inc. He has a diverse work background including construction management, lending, consulting and underwriting of institutional quality real estate located throughout the United States in all major real estate asset categories. Mr. Oddo received a bachelor's degree and an MBA in Finance from DePaul University.

Michael I. Feinstein
Assistant Vice President, Transaction Analyst

Michael I. Feinstein is responsible for the underwriting, financial analysis, market research and placement of equity investments

Prior to joining Buchanan, Mr. Feinstein worked on the acquisition team of Brookdale Senior Living where he was responsible for sourcing transactions, projecting asset operating performance, negotiating agreements, and performing all financial and due diligence analysis for the closing of transactions.

Mr. Feinstein is a member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association (WREAA), Chicago Real Estate Council (CREC), and the Standard Club. He is also active in Buchanan Children’s Charities and volunteers his time as a youth hockey coach in Chicago.

Mr. Feinstein earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, pursuing his real estate studies at the nationally prominent Graaskamp Program.
