 Wayne M. BrandtManaging Director
Wayne M. Brandt is the Managing Director of Buchanan Street Partners’ Los Angeles Office. He is responsible for investing in value-add opportunities and running the firm’s principal lending business through its discretionary equity capital as well as leading all production, marketing and branding efforts in Los Angeles while also serving clients throughout the southwestern United States.
Mr. Brandt has 24 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with nearly 20 of those years spent as a principal investor and debt provider in the Los Angeles area. As the Managing Director of RBS Greenwich he directed all real estate investments in the western US and successfully financed over $11 billion in first mortgage, mezzanine and equity investments. He also managed two offices which generated over $100 million in annual revenue.
Mr. Brandt holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and completed his undergraduate degree at Stanford. He serves as an advisory board member for the Fisher Center for Real Estate and has served as a guest lecturer at the USC Lusk Center, UCI Business School and MIT Center for Real Estate.

 David L. Witham
Senior Associate, Investment Analyst
David L. Witham is responsible for the asset management analysis of current fund investments as well as the underwriting and due diligence of potential equity investments. Preceding his involvement with the Investment Management team, David worked within the Structured Finance discipline at Buchanan Street Partners where he was responsible for underwriting, financial analysis, market research and the placement of debt and equity transactions within the capital markets. Prior to working at Buchanan Street Partners, Mr. Witham was a market and research analyst for Grubb & Ellis Company in Los Angeles. Mr. Witham received his MBA from the University of Southern California with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and received his bachelor’s degree from California Polytechnic University in Pomona and is an active member of NAIOP.

 Keith A. WilliamsSenior Associate, Transaction Analyst
Keith A. Williams is responsible for the underwriting and sourcing of Buchanan debt and equity investments. Prior to joining Buchanan, Mr. Williams was a Vice President with Bear Stearns Commercial Mortgage. Mr. Williams underwrote, closed, and securitized $2.8 billion of commercial real estate loans while at Bear Stearns. As a Vice President, Mr. Williams originated and closed $52 million in commercial real estate loans.
Mr. Williams holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a Real Estate Finance Emphasis from the University of Southern California with a Minor in Philosophy. He is a member of ULI and NAIOP, and remains active with USC’s Marshall School of Business.

 Amanda M. Meyer
Administrative Assistant
Amanda Meyer is supports Wayne Brandt and the LA team and manages all administrative tasks. Amanda previously worked as an Administrative and Executive Assistant with the JH Snyder Company and Imperial Capital, LLC. She has an extensive background in dance and attended the University of New Mexico where she worked on her degree in dance.
