Kristin D. Paul is responsible for effectively managing assigned Buchanan assets in addition to assisting with the underwriting and execution of new investment opportunities for Buchanan’s discretionary equity funds. Prior to joining Buchanan, Ms. Paul worked with CommonWealth Partners and Archon Group overseeing the asset management and assisting with the underwriting of all new acquisitions. She received a Bachelor's in Business Finance from the University of Southern California.

 Sierra J. Culbertson
Assistant Vice President, Investment Analyst
Sierra J. Culbertson is responsible for the asset management analysis of current fund investments as well as the underwriting and due diligence of potential equity investments. Prior to working at Buchanan Street Partners, Mrs. Culbertson worked as an attorney for SSL Law Firm LLP in San Francisco focusing primarily on commercial real estate transactions. Mrs. Culbertson received her J.D. from the University of San Diego and received her B.A. from the University of California Los Angeles.

 Voraya Lopez
Senior Investment Accountant
Voraya Lopez is responsible for cash management, accounting functions, and reviewing financial reports for the M&S Real Property Funds II, IV and V. She has over ten years of extensive accounting/finance experience at capital investment, pharmaceutical, non-profit organizations and advertising firms. She holds a B.A. in Economics with a major in International Business from UTCC, Bangkok and a Certificate in Corporate Finance from UC Berkeley, California.

 Rachael A. Felker
Assistant Vice President, Investment Accounting
Rachael Felker is responsible for portfolio oversight, cash management, investor distributions, and financial reporting for the RPF funds. Prior to joining Buchanan, she was the Assistant Portfolio Controller at Maier Siebel Baber where she managed the accounting and reporting of all assets. Ms. Felker also spent 3 years in public accounting with Deloitte & Touche in their assurance and advisory practice and later their financial advisory services group. She is a CPA and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Masters in Accounting from the University of Georgia.

 Lou M. Riordan
Administrative Assistant
Lou Riordan is the Administrative Assistant and Receptionist for the San Francisco Office. He is responsible for carrying out administrative duties for the team members in the office as well as office upkeep and organization. He attended University of California at San Diego, where he played on the basketball team and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Economics.
