Christian D. MacDonald is a co-Founder and partner of Buchanan Street Partners. Mr. MacDonald oversees capital raising for the firm’s commingled funds and investor relations for Buchanan’s broad base of high-net-worth and institutional investors including endowments, foundations, pension plans, and insurance companies. Mr. MacDonald brings a broad real estate background to the investment management activities of Buchanan, having been involved in the commercial real estate finance industry for over 28 years. His extensive background includes many years as a pension fund and life insurance company fiduciary, financial intermediary and commercial real estate banker with Wells Fargo Bank. Mr. MacDonald holds a B.A in Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He is an active member of Pension Real Estate Association (“PREA”) and their Membership Committee.

Kimberly C. Stoeckly

Assistant Vice President

Kimberly C. Stoeckly is an Assistant Vice President responsible for investor relations on behalf of the Buchanan Funds. Her primary focus includes investor correspondence, documentation, research and marketing for the Buchanan Funds and the MSB Real Property Fund V. In Mrs. Stoeckly's eight years at Buchanan Street Partners, she has been involved with the equity raise of more than $600 million across the four most current Buchanan Funds and also involved with private offerings. Ms. Stoeckly holds a B.S. in Marketing from the Leeds School of Business at University of Colorado, Boulder.
