To better serve our clients, Buchanan Street Partners expanded its platform of services to include investment property sales expertise. The primary function of the Investment Sales division is to exclusively represent clients in the disposition of their commercial real estate assets.
The Investment Sales team represents a variety of commercial real estate owners, which typically include life insurance companies, pension funds/advisors, local and regional real estate operators, and REIT's. We target properties ranging in value over $25 million, and comprising of multiple product types: office, industrial, retail, multifamily and mixed-use land projects.
Buchanan Street Partners applies a unified team approach for our clients, effectively providing access to all of Buchanan Street Partners' service lines, relationships and experience (including equity, debt, and investment sales). With a fully integrated capital markets platform, Buchanan Street Partners understands the entire opportunity of the transaction and shares this wealth of knowledge and expertise with our clients.
