Shana K. Baker is responsible for third-party due diligence and the closing process of fund investments. She has over 10 years experience in commercial and industrial real estate. Prior to joining Buchanan Street Partners, Ms. Baker was responsible for accounting and financial reporting at The Brookhollow Group. She holds a Bachelor of Science from California State University, Fullerton. Ms. Baker is an active member of NAIOP and serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors for Buchanan Children's Charities.

Julia M. Chang, CPA

Senior Investment Accountant

Julia M. Chang is responsible for cash management, accounting, reviewing financial statements received from investment partners, financial and investor reporting for the Buchanan Funds. Prior to joining Buchanan Street Partners, Ms. Chang was an audit senior at a regional CPA firm and she has over ten years of extensive accounting/finance experience in real estate, manufacturing, and hospitality industries. Ms. Chang is a CPA and she holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton.

Deborah Broughman

Senior Investment Accountant

Deborah Broughman is responsible for cash management, accounting and financial reporting for Buchanan funds and private placements. Prior to moving to investment accounting, she was responsible for Buchanan's corporate accounting. Deborah has over 20 years of accounting experience in real estate, including property and asset management, development and construction. Her background includes working with Birtcher Real Estate Group, Teacher's Management & Investment Company and The Koll Company. While at Koll, she managed the accounting process for their commercial real estate portfolio. Deborah graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor's degree in Business and Accounting.

Nicole A. Estilow

Investment Accountant

Nicole Estilow is responsible for cash management, funding requests, and reviewing financial statements received from investment partners, general Fund level accounting/analysis, and investor reporting for the Buchanan Funds. Nicole also worked for four years in Buchanan's Corporate Accounting division before transitioning to the Investment Accounting team. Prior to joining Buchanan she worked for one of the largest northeast financial institutions, Citizens Bank of Pennsylvania, as a portfolio manager for 5 years. Mrs. Estilow graduated from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia Pennsylvania earning a B.A. in Business Administration with strong concentration in accounting and finance.
