Buchanan Street Partners was founded in 1999 by four entrepreneurs in pursuit of a vision that included principal investing, investment management, and financial advisory services in one platform. The firm successfully built its significant track record in the marketplace and evolved into what is today, a leading national real estate investment management firm. Because of the firm’s capital markets experience, they developed sound expertise throughout the entire capital structure. This know-how, along with the firm’s deep industry relationships, yields extensive investment opportunities for its diversified investor client base.
In 2005, Buchanan's President and CEO, Robert Brunswick, was recognized by Ernst & Young as "Entrepreneur of the Year" for his leadership role in building Buchanan Street Partners into a prestigious and successful investment management firm in commercial real estate.
